By using Trivo (the "Service"), you agree to the terms described in this document. If you disagree with any of them — do not use the Service.
1. Beta version
Trivo is currently in open Beta. This means:
- The Service is provided free of charge during the entire Beta period.
- Functionality may change, be added or removed without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime — technical maintenance and outages are possible.
- After Beta ends, paid plans may be introduced; we'll notify you of any changes in advance via email.
2. Who can use it
- Developers and publishers of video games available on Steam.
- Influencers and content creators (section under development).
- You must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian.
3. Registration and account
Using the Service requires creating an account. All accounts undergo manual admin approval. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about yourself and your games.
- Not share account access with third parties.
- Immediately report any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
By using Trivo, you agree:
- Not to attempt to disrupt the Service (DDoS, scraping with rate-limit bypass, exploiting vulnerabilities).
- Not to use Service data for spam or other aggressive communication.
- Not to impersonate another person or game.
- Not to use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Game data
Trivo collects and processes publicly available information about video games from Steam, YouTube, Reddit and gaming media. All rights to source materials belong to their respective owners. Trivo only aggregates and analyzes this information for analytical purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:
- Decisions you make based on Service data (including marketing and promotion decisions).
- Direct or indirect damages from using or being unable to use the Service.
- The accuracy of data obtained from external sources (Steam, YouTube, Reddit).
7. Termination of access
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time — write to info@blackbalancegames.com.
8. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the Service after the update means your acceptance of the new version.
